[ecf-dev] having difficulty getting the Skype plug-in to work

I'm having difficulty getting the Skype plug-in to work. Scott knows
about this issue and has looked at it. I've been corresponding with a
Skype person on the Skype forum  but so far no progress.

What happens ... I see Skype in the ECF dropdown list. I click on it.
Nothing happens. When I look in Skype at
Tools--Options--Advanced--Manage Other Programs Access to Skype, I see
a screen with a dimmed Change button, a dimmed Remove button, and a
live OK button.

I have Skype 3.6.0.216 and Eclipse 3.4M3 with latest ECF. I have
removed/reinstalled Eclipse/ECF with no resolution to this problem.
Has anyone seen anything similar?
