[ecf-dev] Vote for Committer status for Markus Kuppe has started 
technology.ecf Committers,
This automatically generated message signals that Scott Lewis has nominated
Markus Kuppe as a Committer on the technology.ecf project. The reason given
is as follows:

Markus has already been a major contributor on ECF in 2007.  He has
contributed excellent bug reports and a large number of patches for the ECF
discovery API.  For example, see [193024], [204433], [202036].

Further, he has created an ECF discovery provider based upon jSLP [200804].

Markus is also currently a committer for the 2007 Summer of Code project,
and was formerly a committer for the Dali project.  Markus also has
previously been a committer on other open source projects.  He used to be
actively involved in the development of g2gui mldonkey.berlios.de/g2gui (a
SWT/JFace based UI for mldonkey in 2002/2003) and he 
used to be committer on gentoo.de.

It's my pleasure to nominate Markus Kuppe.  I think he will be a great
addition to ECF.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 13 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Markus Kuppe must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
