Actually, I'd suggest keeping things on the list so that if others are
available they could also join in. If other people are available and
Ted can't make it for whatever reason (in the event that Mustafa's
free time doesn't align with Ted's).

I also think that it'd be better if the code was committed to CVS even
if it's a little unstable. The current code is a little tedious to
setup and is not entirely usable since multicharacter operations
aren't supported anyway, so I don't think it'd be too big of a deal if
some "untested" code was committed to CVS.
