Voting will close on 2025-12-04 for the Committer election of Thomas Neidhart
on project Eclipse Open VSX (ecd.openvsx).
Criteria:
Thomas Neidhart has through multiple contributions, demonstrated that he
understands the Eclipse Open VSX project code base and project values.

Through his involvement with this project and as a committer on multiple
Eclipse open source projects, he has demonstrated that he understands the
responsibilities of a committer under the Eclipse Foundation Development
Process.
For these reasons, I hereby nominate Thomas to join the Eclipse Open VSX
project as a committer.
