[dtp-dev] Updates on default implementation and Derby examplary implemen

Hi,
        The
following updates have been made to DTP CVS head:
1. Added a optional "default"
attribute to the dbConfiguration extension point and set sqltools.db.generic
plugin as the default implementation, so that when a SQL file editor is
opened without attaching to any connection profile, the db.generic plugin
will come into play and the content assist and syntax highlighting will
work;
2. The changes made for EclipseCon DTP
tutorial in sqltools.db.derby plugin are committed.
