As per Doug's request, for traceability, I'm sending this email to the list to confirm my approval for my own removal from the committer list.

(I'll still be here following discussions, and hopefully my duties will bring me back to dsdp work very soon.  I will plan on seeing many of you at eclipseCon in early march.)

The following people remain committers on the project.  I have potential new committers coming from Ericsson, ARM, and Wind River soon.
