[dirigible-dev] API v3 example

Hi Team,

As we discussed during the last meeting here is the link to the Guidelines for API implementation in version 3.0 [1].

The simple Base64 API can be used as a sample [2].

In the similar way have to be implemented also the following APIs: [3], [4], [5], [6], [7].
