Thread-topic: [dsp_best_practices] Scope of Best Practices

Hi all,

I'd like to start work on the DSP Best Practices Document. For that, I've filed a PR for the minimal bureaucratic requirements [1]

More importantly however, I've opened a discussion on the scope of the document [2]. Please chime in here so we can start collaborating on the document that will hopefully serve as the base for profiles making the DSP usable for Dataspaces.
