Hi all,

today, the committers released a first Release Candidate (v1.0-RC1) for a first stable version of the DCP. Thanks to everyone who contributed! Now is the time to (again) thoroughly review the spec, start your implementations and open issues that will be considered in upcoming RCs.

All details are in the human-readable website [1] and the release notes [2].
