A project lead election for Erik Boasson on project Eclipse Cyclone DDS
(iot.cyclonedds) was started by Hans van t Hag with this criteria:

Erik is actually and actively leading the project with the majority of the
contributions, commits, and pull-request evaluations done by him.
So his 'promotion' to project-lead is justified and actually overdue :)
