[cu-dev] Yet another maven coordinate vote

Hello All,

I previously created a PR to update our maven coordinates to remove the enterprise from the group and artifact ids under direction of the platform in 2024.

I have since been unable to find documentation from the platform that this renaming was required.
However, several other specifications have already made this change (CDI and Security)

Since there was discussion in the last vote if we should even make this change to begin with I have opened up another vote.
