The High Contrast theme does look horrible (on Linxu). Maybe we should retire it? cc @BeckerWdf

We are planning to retire the Eclipse-specific high-resolution theme for Windows. It appears to degrade the display quality compared to the default Windows settings. Windows natively supports various high contrast themes, while our theme hard-codes values—often
resulting in a less appealing appearance, in my opinion.
For example, compare the Eclipse-specific additions on the left with the default Eclipse styling on the right, using Windows' "Desert" high contrast theme.
