[cross-project-issues-dev] Jenkins security update

Hi,

Due to important security updates for Jenkins core (see
https://jenkins.io/blog/2017/04/26/security-advisory/)
the following Jenkins instances (JIPPs) have been upgraded to LTS
version 2.46.2:

* dash
* ecf
* emfservices
* geogig
* ls
* microprofile
* proj4j
* time4sys
* tm4e

At the same time all plugins have been updated. Also, the now deprecated
"remoting CLI mode" has been disabled (as recommended in the upgrade guide).
