Congratulations to all committers for getting
out yet-another-on-time release train! 

The update site is now "live",
at the built-in URL of 
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/mars/

And, the EPP packages are available
("simultaneously" :)  at 
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/

Use well, after treating your self to
a well deserved celebration! 

Greatest thanks to all who contributed
fixes or new function or early testing for this release.
