Who is bgamgle and why are you changing

I have opened following bug for that issue.

In the meantime, have removed that incorrect index.html and will investigate if all else is as it should be.

The build that’s listed for Mars RC1 on orbit downloads page doesn’t have the usual landing page with info and download links.
