It's not just you.

About a week ahead of the move, I rolled out some changes. I did announce it on the members-committers mailing list [1], and have (finally) started to blog [2] about it.

I should have announced the change on this list as well. I try to be sensitive to the number of emails I put into your inboxes and perhaps may have been overly cautious in this case.

The only option I see under the Project Leads section is "[manage] inactive committers on the project"
