Hi

For the benefit of anyone trying to find "org.eclipse.test" and 
"org.eclipse.ant.optional.junit" for a Buckminister build on Hudson:

The required plugins are all in the platform repo(s), so just delete the 
Buckminster CVS providers in the RMAP and let the backstop platform 
access find the plugins for you.
