[cross-project-issues-dev] Slight delay in flipping Kepler M2 "on"

There are no mirrors yet for Kepler M2
at .../releases/kepler -- entirely my fault for forgetting to "put
in place" until someone reminded me (thanks Markus). 

So, while all is in place now, it's
not "visible" yet, but I think by noon or slightly after there
will be 3 or 5 mirrors ... not as good as the 20 or 40 we'd normally have
by today, but I think enough to make visible then.
