Our Kepler M1 +0 deadline is today, but,
in our unending drive to quality, we have decided to respin our Kepler M1 candidate
(http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/I20120808-2000/)

Which means our actual M1 declare and promotion won't happen today, but (likely) Saturday.
