Thanks for the input.  We wrote a custom build system based off of PDE but using Groovy to drive the build.  I want to move to a more "standard" system as I move the code to Eclipse.

Which projects are using Buckminster?

There's no magic bullet here, eclipse.org projects use a variety of
build systems...
  - PDE Build
  - Athena (PDE Build with fancy scripts)
  - Buckminster
  - Maven Tycho

I created the Minerva project as a starting point for eclipse.org
projects to use when looking at Maven Tycho for builds. It's not
perfect but a start, I plan on eventually turning the code into an
archetype once it's ready.
