[cross-project-issues-dev] Hudson Upgraded to 1.353

I have upgraded the Hudson instance to the latest stable version, 
1.353.   There have been numerous plugin updates as well.  I've done a 
cursory check of the system and at this time everything seems to be 
operational.   Please report any issues you may encounter on the
