Hi Ed,

No I could not figure out how to achieve that. In fact I thought Nick was on vacations and was waiting for his feedback.

Jacques

Jacques,

Were you able to figure out how to publish the Ecore Tools build or is this issue still outstanding?

Nick,

Where is the best place to find the answer to this type of question about how to publish the results of an Athena build to the Helios repository. Maybe David Williams knows how to do that?

Cheers,
Ed

Jacques,

That's a really good question. I never do this myself, so I'm a bit totally useless at answering this question. :-(

Maybe Nick could give a clue, or maybe Eike has done this and can explain where to publish.

Cheers,
Ed

Hi Ed,

I made the necessary changes in the feature, and after tearing my hair out with the Athena Common Build configuration I finally got a successful build for the M4 version. Now I am a little lost, because I am not sure about the way to publish these artefacts. Can you give me some clue ?

Regards,
Jacques

David,

I think all that's required is to change the Ecore Tools feature's OCL dependency as in the patch I've attached and to kick off a build based on that change. Okay?

The Obeo folks are talking with Pierre Gaufilet and Raphal Faudou about how to keep Ecore Tools active.

Cheers,
Ed

Hi Ed,

Sorry to be so unresponsive but as you can see with my email change, we are confronting to lots of changes in the last months (we are Canadians now... ;) ).

Sure, we would also like to see Ecore Tools in the release train but my team has been retargeted and has really high challenges that move us away from our contributions...

If we can do anything to help : nominating a new committer to do these small changes to be integrating to Helios release train or if someone propose the patch, we can apply it quickly...

David,

It would be a shame for Ecore Tools not to be on the train. Is there something we need to do to help?

Regards,
Ed
