Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Europa Winter Maintenance Rebuild - permission to move staging files to production

The question is: Which projects did update their bits? And if there were
only 'small bugs' how can this be a reason for a complete Europa update
without the usual discussion on different mailing lists?
And a follow up to these questions is: Will it be necessary to rebuild the
Europa Winter Maintenance EPP packages?
