Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Re: server freeze today
|
Could the download servers be un-chilled prior to 9:00am? Say at 8pm
today/Monday?
Reason: Every Monday (including this am) ECF builds and provides 4
bundles prior to p2/platform integration builds (which are started
Tuesday am eastern time)...and we/ECF need some time prior to Tues am
for having the content replicate. Here's a bug that tracks this:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=219499
Earlier today the ECF integration content was done at 8am pacific and it
still hasn't replicated (at 1600 pacific)...so I'm assuming it must be
because of this server freeze...thus the purpose of this response.
Thanksinadvance,
Scott

I'll un-chill tomorrow morning at 9:00am unless anyone sais otherwise.

The build is currently green, so yes, the staging is ready to copy to
release (well, at least technically ready - I haven't read any
panic'ed "don't release the build" emails, so I think we're good to go).

Hi webmasters,
I just wanted to remind you about todays server freeze:

@Bjorn: Is the Ganymede Staging Update Site ready to be copied to
release?
If there is no unforeseen problem, I would like to copy/rename the
20080414-0540 EPP packages to the download area as soon as possible
to give the mirrors enough time to synchronize.
Thanks
Markus
