It appears the stp problem is fixed
now. 

Joel, I tried using update to get that
one feature .... and, I was using a P2 client, so that might account for
you reporting that update worked ok. 
And, it might have to do with some security
settings too? Anyway, I got the following errors. For the first one, there
was actually three of them, each slightly different. followed by the long,
vague "failed to find" message. 

Think there could be something wrong
with the signatures? I'm hoping this provides a hint.
