Greetings,

We've enabled the technology project's subversion repository to be 
accessible over http (anonymous) and https (authenticated committers). 
The URLs are:

    http://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/technology
    https://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/technology

We still recommend using svn:// and svn+ssh:// but your firewall may not 
allow such traffic through.
