"Callisto Discovery Site" is still listed as the first "mirror" in Update Manager. I assume that means the main eclipse.org Canadian servers.

Shouldn't that be identified geographically, e.g., "[Canada] Main Callisto Discovery Site (http)", or "[Canada] Main eclipse.org downloads area (http)"?

Also shouldn't it appear last in order to encourage the use of mirrors?
