Re: [cn4j-alliance] Public folder for CN4J Alliance

+1 to a CN4J public drive, Tanja!

Usage:
  • call minutes, if available.
  • agreed & rejected works &/or voted resolutions
The MPWG Community drive "external" is public. This week, the MPWG passed an infra-ballot requesting the EF-EMO change the private view access to public view.

CN4J infra ought to be minimal.  For example:

The CN4J Alliance pilot-folder is now active and housed under the MPWG drive.  If acquired by the 2 groups:
  1. The CN4J folder needs to grant write-edit access to the members of the Jakarta EE group.
  2. The CN4J folder needs to comply with the MPWG's drive's ballot resolution.
Is there anything missing from the minimal infra set up?
We ought to always aim at improving stuff via open forums. This thread is a good example 💜

Hello all on CN4J Alliance mailing list,

at some point there was a question raised about a public folder or drive that will be used for sharing  / storing information relevant to CN4J Alliance.

I would like to propose the following for consideration to people involved: create a public folder in any of the existing working group google drives MicroProfile (external) or Jakarta EE Community (external), and add a short cut to the other, so it can be accessed from that one as well.

Here are steps for example:

1. Let's say you create a public folder called CN4J Alliance, in MicroProfile (external) group google drive under Community public folder.

2. Right click on that folder and select to "Add shortcut to Drive" Jakarta EE Community (external)

Hope this helps,
Tanja
