when doing a fresh import from https://update.openchrom.net/main/downloads/setups/OpenChrom.psf I still get

The following errors occurred while importing projects. Some projects may not be loaded.

  Failed to read project description file from location '/home/matthias/git/org.eclipse.chemclipse.chemclipsecore/chemclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.chemclipse.ux.fx.ui/.project'.

    Failed to read project description file from location '/home/matthias/git/org.eclipse.chemclipse.chemclipsecore/chemclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.chemclipse.ux.fx.ui/.project'.

    /home/matthias/git/org.eclipse.chemclipse.chemclipsecore/chemclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.chemclipse.ux.fx.ui/.project (Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden)

Seems to be related to your change.
