Hello everyone!
I would like to start a discussion about Openshift CI and eclipse org. This discussion will be exposed in the next Eclipse Che Community Call 1st February 2021.

From last year we started to onboard eclipse/che-operator in Openshift CI/Prow to run all our operator related tests. Recently we were contacted
by the Openshift CI team that Openshift CI will not use any GH token webhook and we need to install Openshift ci Github App(https://github.com/apps/openshift-ci).

To install the application in eclipse organization we opened a bugzilla (
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=570381). The installation was denied by eclipse web master with the reason that the OpenShift CI GitHub app requires quite a lot of permissions (including read/write access to organization secrets, etc). In the bugzilla was suggested to move all Che related repos to a separate `eclipse-che` organization in order to use openshift CI.I would like to add that Openshift CI is an excellent option to extend it to another che repos as we know centos ci will die. With openshift ci we can spawn quite easily OCP clusters(stable and nightly)
for our tests.

Thank you very much! (edited)
