[che-dev] Status of Happy path PR check of Eclipse Che repos

Hello everyone,

FYI: Happy path PR check of Eclipse Che / Che-Theia repos is now failing on "Start Che" step because of chectl:next issue https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/18682 

  * Eclipse Che Deployment team is fixing the issue

  * Problem recognized by the following error messages in Jenkins job console log:
