Hello everyone,

FYI: E2E Happy path tests PR check of Eclipse Che / Che-Theia / che-plugin-registry / che-devfile-registry repos are failing on installation of Eclipse Che step because of outage on quay.io.

   * Problem recognized by the following error message in Jenkins job console log:
