[cft-dev] CFT 1.0.RC2 released and contributed to Neon RC2

We have released CFT 1.0.RC2 and contributed to Neon Simultaneous Release RC2.

RC2 only contains one change, approved by PMC: Updating JRebel
Integration to support both older and newer JRebel IDE plugin:

We didn't do a formal testing for RC2 due to very short time
constraints (although Junits were run and smoketesting was done
against Pivotal Web Services using STS), so please test the RC2 build
above to catch any regressions, especially with BlueMix, so that if we
find any, we can fix in RC3 due next week.
