A project lead election for Kai Hudalla on project Californium (Cf) CoAP
Framework (iot.californium) was started by Simon Bernard with this criteria:

Kai has been part of the Californium development since before the initial
contribution. He played an important role ever since, as he is one of the key
developers. With regards to the number of commits Kai is currently the top
committer of Californium:
https://github.com/eclipse/californium/graphs/contributors . Apart from that
Kai took care of the project page and the build.
