Now i tested more possible configurations and it seems that "CDT Utilities"
cannot be installed correctly:
case 1: Eclipse Plattform 3.4 M7 ->  Unsatisfied dependency
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=100467)
case 2: Eclipse Plattform 3.4 M7 + JDT -> error message
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=100461)

My questions are:
1. Do i need "CDT Utilities" for other CDT features?
2. What are the two "%featureName" features and do i need them?
