I wasn't able to build the CPP EPP package during the last few days and thought
always that it was caused by some other problems, but now it turns out to be a
problem in the CDT dependency structure.

The EPP build tells me (see
http://build.eclipse.org/technology/epp/epp_build/34/download/20080508-0540/cpp.log):

Bundle org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.gnu.ui_5.0.0.200805021701 failed to
resolve.:
        Missing required plug-in

I verified it by downloading the eclipse-platform-3.4M7 archive and using p2
and the old Update Manager. Both failed to install CDT from the Ganymede
Staging Update Site (build May 8, 2008 05:07:23 GMT) with 'Eclipse CDT...
requires feature "org.eclipse.cdt.platform (5.0.0.qualifier)", or compatible.'
