Re: [cdt-dev] Fw: [cross-project-issues-dev] Status and Outlook for Indigo RC4 +3
|
Forget it. Too risky now, as I'm not 100% of
potential side-effects.
Since you're re-spinning anyway, I thought of a better
fix to my problem of last Friday.
I'll need 30 minutes to get it
in.
Looks like some of our bundles are still missing some required files.
I'll respin once these issues are fixed. Doug will be handling the TCF issue
and I'm working the issues in Codan.

[cross-project-issues-dev] Status and Outlook for Indigo RC4

Almost done?
I wanted to remind everyone these reports, at
http://build.eclipse.org/indigo/simrel/
are recreated several times a day (whenever
there is a clean build, and a new staging repo created), so be sure to check
that your latest contributions solved all the problems that are supposed to
be solved.
Especially
the first 4 are most important:
Bundles missing required files
Unsigned bundles
Bundles and Features not using 4 part
versions
Consistent, current licenses (SUA) in
features
There has been a lot of progress in past few weeks, but, a
surprising number of problems, given today is the last day.
I know many
still have to contribute their +3 contributions. I'm assuming that will fix
a lot of issues, but I see some things in these reports that are not from +3
projects.
Who should look at
these reports? Project Leads and PMCs if you have a bundle in any of the
following name spaces.
The list would be pretty long if I listed
everything, and some projects might miss the fact they were in one of the
"top" 4 reports ... so, I hope this summary helps you know if the reports
are relevant to you. Some just have one or two bundles in the name space,
others have scores of bundles ... and I wasn't sure how to summarize
(easily).
