Unfortunately there is no "good documentation" for the remote launch plugin. I filed a bug:

If you use the remote launch, you need to have a gdbserver installed on your remote host and gdb on your local host.

thanks for the reply...     I already have remote launcher installed, but my problem is i think i dont really know how to use it..     I am aware though that i could create a different Debug Configurations, like for Local Application, Remote Application, etc. What i do not know is how to configure it.. Like for remote Debugging, i read someone's post that you need to change the command to something like "remotehost gdb", but that post was 2 or 3 years ago.
So basically my biggest problem for now is i don't know how to create a Debug Configuration.      Could you instead point me to a good documentation for this?
Hope to hear from you again. Thanks

 Hi,
the "remote launcher" was moved to the CDT project and is hosted there.
It is called org.eclipse.cdt.launch.remote.
You might want to give it a try.

Now what i am doing is i created a simple hello world in the Host PC, then build the project and compile it there. Now i transfer just the binary file to the Laptop using Remote Systems. But i am having difficulty on how to Debug it remotely.. Can someone give me any idea about this?? been trying to fix this problem for days without any luck, maybe because i dont know much about eclipse and this RSE plugin..
