Works for me. I've added a temporary folder "oxygen-with-neutralizer" (for testing solution in bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=526065). Please keep it for now.

Do we still need that?  I've started using that location to provide web access to CBI-related data, just as the HIPP list and disk space. hipplist.txt and hipptop.txt are both used bu https://status.eclipse.org/

I propose removing everything except:
