This change has been reverted per conversation in Bug 386646 Comment
21 [1]. Rather then maintaining 2 separate branches so that the
build selects different modules, we are now using profiles which are
auto-activated based on the existance of a file "platform-3.8" or
"platform-4.2" depending on which branch the platform-aggregator is
checked out [2].
I removed branches JunoSR1_RC1_R3 and JunoSR1_RC1_R4 from the CBI
eclipse.platform.ua repo and now only a combined branch JunoSR1_RC1
exists.
