| Thanks John,
I was looking for it in /bundles/ and didn't realize it was in a
deeper subdirectory. I've found it now.

 Sorry Thanh I missed
        this email. That fragment
        still exists. It is here:

 Hi Everyone,

I created some patches attached to Bug 376987 [1] which enable
        the remaining
SDK platforms. I am now able to build the platforms listed on
        the Juno
release page [2] with the exception of the AIX packages. I've
        only tested
this building without passing a -Dnative= parementer since I do
        not have
these platform so I cannot test compiling the natives but it's
        able to
copy the binaries that exist in the repo.

When I try to build the AIX packages it fails due to a missing
        requirement
        for:

 org.eclipse.core.filesystem.aix.ppc

which seems does not currently exist in the
        eclipse.platform.resources
repository, at least in the branch that's being used by CBI.
        Looking at
the map file it seems the tag to get it in is v20110423-0524
        which is a
little old. Is this bundle supposed to still exist in the repo?
