Summary:  [Acceptance] Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest do not work for chart Title Anchor

Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved: 165127

Description:
Reason: Chart engine does not support the above anchors for the title.
Resolved by: Remove the ineffective anchor from UI, and rename the terminology from e.g. northeast to e.g. topright.

Tests Description: Test Manually.
