[birt-dev] CheckIn: 159087 [Regression] Exception is thrown out when preview the attached rptdesign in Web Viewer

Summary:

NPE is thrown when preview the report design in web viewer. Added condition to avoid NPE and set version number for the flat report design created by DocumentUtil.

 

Fixed type errors for Class names of CompatibilityUtil. The wrong name CompaibilityUtil is still kept for a while.

Description:

1.    Fixed algorithms in BoundColumnsWriterMgr and ReportDesignSerializer.

2.    Updated test cases.
