[Regression][Acceptance]Report isn't refreshed when delete used library file.

GUI catches the exception and handles it.
According to QA's opinion, if the extended library is not found, the extended item should be changed to keep consistent, so I reassgn it to model to enhance the API ModuleHandle.ReloadLibrary(LibraryHandle handle).
