Summary:

Bugzilla Bug 153495 Let the first item in a list of values for a report parameter be the default value

Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved: 153495

Description: 

Current logic for list/combo type parameter:

1. If set default value of parameter, select this value( or show this value in

the input text)

2. If not, select the first item as the default value

3. For cascading parameter, if don't set default value, don't select the first

item. Because need fire selection changed event to retrieve next values.
