1) This BUG is a known one and it is never been fixed, see

      https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=122870 Eclipse 3.0: Set hyperlink blank to other report, preview(Layout), can not take effect.

2) It only occurs in Eclipse 3.0

3) It is hard to fix

 

 

So I suggest moving it to future or won’t fix.
