Hi Kit,
I finally took the time to implement a permanent fix for this type
of issue, where the PHP handler is being used for .php.* files.
On build.eclipse.org's Apache server config, I commented this line:
# AddHandler application/x-httpd-php .php
And added this:
<FilesMatch \.php$>
SetHandler application/x-httpd-php
</FilesMatch>
.. as per the Apache docs here:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_mime.html#multipleext
PHP scripts and .php.jar files can now coexist.
