I'm downloading the French pack for Helios now, and I'll test it
in my daily work. I like how the % complete appears next to each
pack item in the p2 installer.

Let's start testing the language packs. I will test the language
packs on a few operating systems that I have access to
(including various versions of Windows & Mac, and different
distros of Lunix) in a few languages. My skills for the few
language is only limited to be able to see if the characters are
valid and displaying okay. If members in the community can help
do more in depth testing of the language packs in your native
language, making sure that the language packs and the update
sites are built properly, translations are clean and correct in
context, the Eclipse community consuming the language packs will
really appreciate that! Thanks!
In the next few days, if everything goes smoothly, I will
promote a build to be RC1. With additional testing, and if there
are no major problems, I plan to release our translations by
August 15. Any comments or suggestions?
