I'll update bug 227598, but here's what I'm thinking is left:
- perform some automated tests on each nightly build.
- separate the trains as per the bug, only build the current train in
the nightly build, all trains in a weekly build
- craft a way to promote a known good weekly build to the live download
site
- Re-implement the p2 metadata
