[automotive-pmc] Reminder to vote on the Project Lead Election for Frank

Voting will close on 2026-06-19 for the Project Lead election of Frank
Scholter Peres on project Eclipse Safe Open Vehicle Core (automotive.score).

Criteria:

I would like to formally nominate Frank as Project Lead for the Eclipse Safe
Open Vehicle Core project.

Frank has made sustained and impactful contributions to the project and
currently acts as a key technical leader. He has been instrumental in driving
the development and evolution of Safe Open Vehicle Core, while also
supporting essential project aspects including processes, infrastructure, and
the AI community. His contributions include providing guidance, delivering
implementations, and performing thorough technical reviews.

Through his continuous engagement, Frank demonstrates strong leadership by
enabling collaboration, facilitating progress, and ensuring the overall
advancement and well-being of the project. This aligns well with the
responsibilities of a Project Lead at the Eclipse Foundation, where the role
is centered on stewardship, coordination, and maintaining the health of the
project.

Based on these contributions and his ongoing commitment to the project, I am
